By accessing or using XQUARK (the "Service"), including our Telegram bot (@xquarkbot) and website (xquark.pro), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

XQUARK provides an engagement platform for X (Twitter) users. Users can create and complete tasks (likes, reposts, quotes, replies, bookmarks), earn rewards, and manage their X presence. The Service includes free and premium tiers.

3. User Accounts

You must have a valid Telegram account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must link a legitimate X (Twitter) account that you own. Using fake accounts, bots, or automated tools to complete tasks is strictly prohibited.

4. Payments & Premium

Premium subscriptions are processed through CryptoBot and XRocket payment systems. All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: use the Service for any illegal purpose; attempt to manipulate or abuse the task/reward system; create multiple accounts to exploit referral bonuses; engage in any activity that violates X (Twitter) Terms of Service; attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any actions taken by X (Twitter) against your account, including suspensions or bans. We do not guarantee specific results from using the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes through our Telegram channel.
